Your official result lives on OneNS. Here is where to find it, and how to read the messages that confuse everyone.
Calculate My IPPT Score →Log in to OneNS (ns.gov.sg) with Singpass and open Manage IPPT / NS FIT. Your latest attempt, score and award are recorded there — that record, not any calculator (including ours), is the official one. If a station score looks wrong, raise it with your unit promptly with your test details.
| Message you see | What it means | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| "You are in the IPPT window. You have Not Attempted…" | Your window is open and no attempt is recorded yet. | Book a test or NS FIT sessions — the clock is running. |
| Mandatory NS FIT window | Your previous window closed unfulfilled, so this window's 10 NS FIT sessions are compulsory. | Book and complete all 10 (including 1 IPPT attempt) inside this window. |
| Award shown (Pass / Silver / Gold…) | Your requirement for this window is fulfilled. | Nothing required. Note your incentive payment date below. |
| Partial failure / retest a station | Your total passed but a static station scored 0. | Retest only that station within 90 days or before your window ends. |
IPPT incentives are paid about 14 days after the test — or immediately at a Fitness Conditioning Centre if your PayNow is linked to your NRIC. Retake and improve, and you receive only the difference to the higher award; only one Gold award is payable per window. Details: IPPT incentives explained.
Compare it against the verified points table for your age group first — remembering run times round up to the next 10-second band. If it still looks wrong, contact your unit with the test date and venue.
