Forget one mandatory item and you can be turned away. This is the short, official-source checklist — pack it the night before.
Calculate My IPPT Score →| Item | Why |
|---|---|
| NRIC (or SAF 11B) | Mandatory identification for registration — no NRIC/11B, no test. This applies to NSmen, NSFs and pre-enlistees, no exceptions. |
| Booking confirmation on your phone | Your OneNS transaction/confirmation speeds up in-processing and proves your slot. |
| Water bottle | Listed by LifeSG/CMPB for pre-enlistees and sensible for everyone — hydrate before and after stations. |
| Face towel | On the official CMPB/LifeSG bring-list for pre-enlistee IPPT, and useful at any FCC. |
Bring-list and dress code are different checks — both can get you turned away. The full rules are in What to Wear for IPPT: singlet or t-shirt, shorts at or above the knee, running shoes with laces tied.
The CMPB/LifeSG bring-list for pre-enlistee IPPT is exactly: NRIC, water bottle, face towel, wearing proper PT attire and running shoes. Reporting details are in your OneNS booking — CMPB FCC sessions run on Wednesdays. More in the Pre-Enlistee IPPT Guide.
Last check before you leave: run your expected score on the IPPT Calculator so you know exactly what each station needs to deliver.
NRIC (or SAF 11B) is mandatory, plus your OneNS booking confirmation, a water bottle and a face towel. Without your NRIC/11B you cannot register for the test.
You will not be able to take the test that day — identification is mandatory at registration for NSmen, NSFs and pre-enlistees alike. Rebook on OneNS.
Have a light meal about 2–3 hours before the session and hydrate. Avoid heavy meals and do not try new supplements or shoes on test day.
