SAF dress regulations apply at every FCC, and people are turned away every week for the wrong kit. Here is exactly what is allowed — and what is not.
Calculate My IPPT Score →| Item | Allowed |
|---|---|
| Top | Singlet, t-shirt or polo t-shirt (short sleeves or sleeveless) |
| Bottom | Knee-length or running shorts; tights only if they end above the knee |
| Footwear | Running shoes, laces tied |
| Socks | Sport socks (white, black or dark colours) |
The static stations are conducted and counted under standardised conditions, and the run is a mass-participation event — SAF applies one dress standard at all FCCs so results are comparable and safe. There are no exceptions and no second chances on the same day: wrong attire means rebooking on OneNS and coming back another day. Check your kit the night before, together with what to bring.

A singlet, t-shirt or polo; knee-length or running shorts (tights only above the knee); and running shoes with laces tied. SAF dress regulations apply at all FCCs.
No. Track pants, below-knee tights and long sleeves are not allowed — you can be turned away at the FCC and will have to rebook.
You will be turned away for that session with no same-day second chance. Rebook another slot on OneNS and come back in proper PT attire.
